The First Step of Creating the Chainlink Guardian

Your votes for your preferred Chainlink Guardian have been been counted and we're excited to reveal the results.

We set you the task of assisting with the design for the underlying features of a new Chainlink Guardian. You, the community, voted through this Twitter Poll.

First of all, you were required to choose whether the Guardian should be male or female. This was a close call: with 54.3% of the 315 votes for a male Guardian marginally edging out the 45.7% for a female.

Below are examples of a female (left) and male (right) Guardians:

Secondly, your next choice was to decide whether you would prefer to see futuristic character or a bestial. Your votes were much more decisive this time with a resounding 77.9% voting in favour of a futuristic character.

Here is an example of one of our futuristic, male characters: Mudra.

The third choice you made was for the Guardian to be friendly in nature. Closer again this time, with 57.9% of the vote edging out 42.1% in favour of a temperamental Guardian. How could Chainlink have ever been temperamental?

Another one of our temperamental Guardians is illustrated here:

Finally, we gave you the choice between a 'good' or 'bad' Chainlink Guardian. Your choice indicates that he would be a good guy. We're not going to lie, we hoped he'd be a bad ass!

Here is an overview of the results:

The ChainGuardians Team are excited to show you the end result! Thank you Link Marines!
